Gary collaborates with clients regarding site selection, design, subcontractor and supplier choices, on site decisions and follow-up. Ann Knoop manages business and accounting functions and assists with clients’ monthly project budgeting. Gary served as the 2008 President of the Greater Iowa City Area Association of Homebuilders and has been recognized by the National Association of Homebuilders as a Certified Graduate Builder and a Certified Green Professional.
